A Structured Path to Deep, Lasting Change
I’ve come to understand something important through my work with clients and that is clarity and structure create safety - and safety creates transformation.
Rather than open ended sessions, I now offer a clear, progressive famework where you can choose how deeply you want to go. Each session builds on the previous one, but every session also stands powerfully on it's own.
This work is designed for people who feel stuck in patterns they understand logically, but cannot shift emotionally or somatically.
You choose the frequency of your sessions, depending on your needs, readiness and depth of transformation.
The Four Session Transformation Framework
Session 1: Identity Shift
Who you are becoming starts here
This session is about releasing outdated identities that no longer fit who you are now. Many people are unknowingly living from an identity formed through childhood, trauma, roles, survival strategies, or expectations placed on them by others. No amount of positive thinking can override an identity that feels unsafe to let go of. This session alone can create profound shifts in confidence, self trust, boundaries and decision making.
Session 2: Nervous System Reset
Safety before change
Lasting change cannot occur in a dysregulated nervous system. This session focuses on calming the survival responses that keep you stuck in anxiety, hyper vigilance, shutdown, people pleasing or emotional exhaustion. Clients report feeling calmer, clearer, more present and emotionally lighter after this session.
Session 3: Subconscious Rewiring
Changing the patterns beneath the patterns
This is where deep, long standing behaviours begin to shift. The subconscious mind runs habits, emotional responses, cravings, attraction patterns and self sabotage. Until it is rewired, insight alone is not enough. This session is particularly powerful for recurring relationship patterns, compulsive behaviours, self sabotage, anxiety and feeling stuck, despite knowing better.
Session 4: Reinforcement & Integration
Making the change stick
Transformation is not just about a breakthrough moment, it’s about stability and embodiment. This session reinforces the new identity, nervous system regulation and subconscious shifts, so that they become your new normal. Clients describe this session, as the point where everything lands.
