Shipping Policy – Debbie Spencer Coaching

At Debbie Spencer Coaching, all coaching services and materials are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

Digital Delivery

Upon booking your coaching session or program, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details, scheduling information, and any relevant forms or preparation materials.
If you purchase a coaching package, online course, or digital resource, access or downloadable materials will be delivered via email or through a secure online platform within 24–48 hours of purchase.

Please ensure that the email address you provide at checkout is correct and accessible. If you have not received your confirmation or materials within 48 hours, please contact info@debbiespencercoaching.com so we can assist promptly.

Session Scheduling

All coaching sessions are conducted in-person at the Somerset West practice rooms unless otherwise arranged.

International Clients

There are no international shipping fees.

Non-Delivery or Access Issues

If you experience issues accessing your coaching session, booking link, or digital materials, please email info@debbiespencercoaching.com and we will ensure access is restored or materials are re-sent as soon as possible.
