Refund policy

At Debbie Spencer Coaching, we are committed to providing a professional, compassionate, and transformative coaching experience. We understand that personal circumstances can change, and we aim to treat all refund requests with fairness and clarity.

Session and Program Refunds

We have a 14-day refund policy for individual coaching sessions and programs, which means you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided that no coaching session has yet taken place.

Once a session has been completed (in full or in part), it is considered a rendered service and is non-refundable.

For multi-session packages or coaching programs, you may request a refund before the first session has occurred. After coaching has begun, refunds are not available for sessions already delivered or for remaining sessions, as the time, preparation, and availability are reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a booked session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via email at info@debbiespencercoaching.com.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at the coach’s discretion.

If Debbie Spencer needs to cancel or reschedule a session, as much notice as possible will be provided, and an alternative time will be offered promptly.

Digital Materials and Resources

Any downloadable resources, recordings, or digital materials provided as part of a program or session are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside of the above terms may be considered in cases of documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances. Such cases will be reviewed individually at the discretion of Debbie Spencer Coaching.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (when eligible), please contact info@debbiespencercoaching.com with your name, purchase details, and reason for the request.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the funds.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@debbiespencercoaching.com.
