For over 50 years I have carried the labels others defined me by - difficult, oversensitive, introvert, disassociated, broken. The medical fraternity classified me with severe depression, PTSD, anxiety and panic disorder, but all of these never felt like me - I always felt misunderstood, but could not define who I am as nothing made sense. Until, I met Debbie. The minute I walked in there was peace, a kind of kindship that is hard to define. I tried to keep up my walls, but within 5min she knew everything about me although I said so little. She opened the floodgates and for the first time I had a beautiful encounter with myself. It was such a pleasure meeting me and now I am on a journey of discovering and it is so exciting. Debbie is a gift everyone needs to experience at least once - as sometimes that is all it takes for her to help you with your breakthrough. Absolutely loved the setting - she creates a warm, inviting and very peaceful environment. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a hypnotherapy session with the talented Debbie Spencer. Her office, situated amidst the beautiful gardens of Paardevlei, provides a serene and calming environment that immediately puts clients at ease. During the session, I openly discussed my concerns with Debbie, allowing her to tailor her approach to my specific needs. As someone initially skeptical about hypnotherapy, I was pleasantly surprised by the results. I quickly entered a state of deep relaxation, accompanied by the soothing sounds of nature and Debbie’s calm, reassuring voice.
