For over 50years I have carried the labels others defined me by - difficult, oversensitive, introvert, disassociated, broken. The medical fraternity classified me with severe depression, PTSD, anxiety and panic disorder, but all of these never felt like me - I always felt misunderstood, but could not define who I am as nothing made sense. Until, I met Debbie. The minute I walked in there was peace, a kind of kindship that is hard to define. I tried to keep up my walls, but within 5min she knew everything about me although I said so little. She opened the floodgates and for the first time I had a beautiful encounter with myself.
